I used ZKB for many years and was happy with their service. Plenty of branches in canton Zurich, good online banking, no fees at cantonal bank ATMs across Switzerland. It's also worth mentioning that ZKB has a state guarantee from the canton of Zurich, so your money is "insured" which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
