NASDAQ Iceland

The Iceland Stock Exchange (Kauphöll Íslands), or SE ICEX, is a stock exchange based in Reykjavik. Its name was changed to NASDAQ Iceland after it was acquired by Nasdaq Inc.

The exchange suffered a serious decline in rates during Iceland’s financial crisis of 2008 but performance has since improved. The exchange lists over 15 companies. Stocks, bonds, options, futures, investment funds, ETFs and ETPs are traded.

The OMX Iceland All-Share Index tracks the performance of stocks listed on the NASDAQ Iceland exchange.
