NPEX

NPEX is a Dutch online stock exchange based in Den Haag. The exchange lists the stocks of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with fair growth potential looking to raise 1 million euros or more in investment.

A simple structure and relatively easy entry requirements make this exchange accessible to businesses which would not have the means to list on a major stock exchange such as the Amsterdam Stock Exchange (Euronext). The exchange also caters directly to investors looking to invest in the Dutch SME sector.

NPEX also manages the NPEX Enterprise Fund, an investment fund which holds the right to purchase as much as 25% of the stock offered in NPEX initial public offerings.
