Rental deposit guarantee

General information:

Rental deposit insurance for private tenants.
Only for clients with a personal liability insurance.
Residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein mandatory.

Fees:

Annual premiums are equal to 4% of deposit amount. Premiums are discounted to 3.6% of the deposit amount if you have a liability insurance policy from AXA.

You can terminate your policy at any time, and you will be reimbursed in proportion to the unused period of coverage. Minimum fees come to 50 francs plus stamp duties.

Notice period:

No prior notice is required.

Minimum term:

There is no minimum term.

Maximum deposit:

The maximum deposit is 20,000 francs.
