The Beirut Stock Exchange was founded in 1920 and was reopened in 1996 after a 21 year hiatus. The exchange operates electronically using a platform developed by Euronext, with trades being executed by around 15 participating brokerage firms. Around 30 companies are listed on the Beirut Stock Exchange, which also lists Eurobonds.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EET (UTC+2)
Settlement cycle: T+3
