BKB Eigenheimindex

The BKB Eigenheimindex is a Swiss real estate index which tracks the prices of real estate in the Canton of Basel Stadt – a canton made up primarily of the city of Basel and its suburbs.

The BKB Eigenheimindex is published by the Basler Kantonalbank in collaboration with IAZI /CIFI which publishes the IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark.

In addition to tracking real estate price developments in the municipalities which make up Basel Stadt, the index also tracks price developments in surrounding municipalities in the cantons of Basel-Landschaft, Aargau and Solothurn.
