The International Stock Exchange (TISE)

The International Stock Exchange (TISE), formerly known as the Channel Islands Securities Exchange (CISE), is a securites exchange located in the Channel Islands, a British crown dependency.

This exchange hosts around 50 financial services providers which act as market participants. Located in a major financial center, TISE provides a broad range of specialized investment products including specialist debt instruments like convertibles, bonds, notes, special purpose vehicles (SPVs), hedge funds, equity funds, insurance-linked securities, real estate investment trusts (REITs), private equity, and high yield bonds.

The exchange lists both local Channel Island companies and companies domiciled in other countries, and offers specialized listing opportunities to trading companies (merchants) and extraction industries (mining, drilling). The exchange also caters to small and medium-sized enterprises. Special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) are also listed on the exchange. In total, the CISE lists more than 2000 securities with a combined market capitalization of more than £300 billion.
