The Chicago Stock Exchange (CHX) is a long-established U.S. stock exchange. Over 40 U.S. companies, many of which are globally active, are listed on the CHX. Additionally, the CHX acts as a secondary exchange for securities listed on other U.S. stock exchanges like the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. The exchange operates a fully electronic matching system and also provides routing services to brokers remotely. Firms which participate in the exchange include devisions of UBS and Credit Suisse.
