Contract Note

In trading, a contract note is a written confirmation of a transaction made by a broker on behalf of an investor. A contract note includes full details of a transaction and provides the investor with proof that a transaction was performed by the broker on their behalf.

Online trading platforms typically provide contract notes in electronic form by email or as alerts within platforms themselves.
