Eigenheim-Index der Schaffhauser Kantonalbank

The Eigenheim-Index der Schaffhauser Kantonalbank is a Swiss real estate index which tracks developments in home prices in the Canton of Schaffhausen.

This index is published by IAZI /CIFI (which publishes the IAZI Swiss Property Benchmark) on behalf of the Schaffhauser Kantonalbank on a biannual basis.

In addition to the overall performance index, the Eigenheim-Index der Schaffhauser Kantonalbank also tracks average property prices in each of the municipalities which make up the Canton of Schaffhausen individually.

The prices of single-family homes and those of apartments are tracked individually to provide a clear indicator of price developments for both categories of real estate across all Schaffhausen municipalities.
