Rental deposit guarantee

General information:

Rent deposit insurance for private tenants. There are separate products for commercial tenants, i.e. customers with a business premises. Residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein mandatory.

Fees:

Annual premiums are equal to 4% of deposit amount. No additional administrative fees. Exception: If you don’t pay your premium on time, you may be hit with administrative charges of up to 100 francs. Minimum fees come to 120 francs plus stamp duties.

Notice period:

A prior notice of 3 months is required.

Minimum term:

The minimum term is 3 years.

Maximum deposit:

The maximum deposit is 18,000 francs.
