Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MaB)

The Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MaB) is a Spanish alternative equity market that caters to the needs of Spain’s numerous small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and those looking to invest in them.

The exchange helps investors to take advantage of regional tax breaks when they invest in certain types of companies. The MAB is operated by the Grupo Bolsas Mercados Españoles (BME).

The IBEX MAB All Share Index tracks the exchange's performance.
