The Riga Stock Exchange was incorporated in Latvia in 1993. It became NASDAQ RIGA in 2009, shortly after its parent OMX AB merged with Nasdaq Inc. in 2008. NASDAQ Riga makes up part of NASDAQ Baltic.

The performance of stocks listed on NASDAQ Riga affects the performance of the NASDAQ OMX Baltic Benchmark GI (OMXBBGI) index.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EET (UTC+2)
