General information:

Banking package of PostFinance. Provides customers with private account plus (individual or partner account), PostFinance card, savings account (individual or partner account, CHF or EUR) and the standard/classic credit card (or a prepaid card, or a CHF 50 discount on a Gold or Platinum credit card). Young adults between the ages of 21 and 30 who are not qualified for the SmartStudents or SmartYoung bank package and young adults up to 23 years, who are at the beginning of their professional life, receive the SmartPlus banking package for a maximum of 3 years at half price.
Account management is also possible in EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, DKK, GBP, JPY, NOK and SEK.
PostFinance Card is only available for accounts in CHF and EUR.
10% annual premium discount on PostFinance property insurance. Bank packages held in the names of more than one person are not eligible for a discount.

Surcharge for paper documents: per customer relationship CHF 5 per month.

The additional charge for paper documents includes account statements, interest statements, credit card bills, payment orders and standing orders.

Termination of banking relationship:

The termination of the banking relationship is free of charge.

Annual account closure:

The annual account closure is free of charge.

Statements of account:

The monthly statements of account by mail are free of charge.

Incoming payment:

Electronic payment orders in CHF are free of charge.

SEPA payment:

Electronic SEPA payment orders in EUR are free of charge.

Non-SEPA payment (abroad):

Fee of CHF 2.00 per electronic non-SEPA payment order in foreign currency.

Direct debit (LSV) Switzerland:

Electronic payment orders by direct debit (LSV) within Switzerland are free of charge.

Standing order Switzerland:

Electronic standing orders in CHF within Switzerland are free charge.

Annual fee debit card:

Debit card: There is no annual fee to pay.

Purchase Switzerland:

Debit card: Purchases in Switzerland in CHF are free of charge.

Purchase abroad:

Debit card: For purchases in foreign currencies, there is a fee of 1.5% of the purchase amount.
