The basic service from Quickline is provided to all households which have cable TV connections that are serviced by Quickline partners. Many Swiss landlords charge renters the fee for this basic service along with rents as part of supplementary rental costs. Many renters are not aware that they pay for this service and can access it. The basic service includes television and radio channels which are accessible without a set top box (decoder). The service does not include time shifting functionality.
