SCOTEX

SCOTEX is a proposed stock exchange based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The exchange uses distributed ledger or “blockchain” technology to track trades. SCOTEX aims to become a primary destination for Scottish companies seeking funding and institutional investors looking to invest in Scottish business. Scotland has not had its own stock exchange since the Scottish Stock Exchange merged with the London Stock Exchange in 1973.

The SCOTS-30 Index will track the prospective exchange's performance.

Prospective trading hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m to 10:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m GMT(UTC-0)
