General information:
Rent deposit insurance for private tenants.
SwissCaution also offers rental guarantee insurance for commercial premises.
Residence in Switzerland mandatory.
Fees:
Annual premiums of 5% of the deposit amount. Additional administration costs of CHF 20 per year.
There is a 10% discount on the annual premium for young people between the ages of 18 and 26.
Loyalty program: 10% discount on the annual premium from two completed contract years, 20% from three completed contract years and 30% from four completed contract years.
Notice period:
No prior notice is required.
Minimum term:
There is no minimum term.
Maximum deposit:
There is no maximum deposit.
