The Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) is the primary stock exchange in Myanmar and operates electronically using its own YSX system. As a relatively new stock exchange which began trading in 2016, the YSX lists a fairly small number of companies. However, the exchange provides a gateway for those looking to invest in Myanmar.

The Myanmar Stock Price Index (MYANPIX) tracks the performance of stocks listed on the exchange.

Trading hours: Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. MMT (UTC+6:30)
Settlement cycle: T+3
