General information:
Rental deposit insurance is offered in collaboration with the HEV (Hauseigentümerverband). Residence in Switzerland or Liechtenstein mandatory.
Fees:
Premiums vary depending on the size of your deposit. Individual quotes are provided for deposits higher than 10,000 francs. Minimum fees come to 135 francs including stamp duties.
Notice period:
A prior notice of 3 months is required.
Minimum term:
The minimum term is 3 years.
Maximum deposit:
The maximum deposit is 10,000 francs.
