Basket Order

A basket order is a trading order which lets investors buy or sell entire sets or “baskets” of securities using a single order.

Baskets can be made up of many different stocks or other securities, which typically must be allocated to the basket ahead of sales. The securities allocated to a basket can normally be sold individually as well.
