New contracts, increases in existing credits, repayment of existing loans.
Swiss citizenship or foreigners with a valid permit B, C or G.
Regular income and ongoing, unlimited employment.
Employment period of at least 3 months for monthly salary, 6 months for hourly salary. Minimum net salary: CHF 3000 per month.
Valid passport, ID or driver's licence (for foreigners valid residence permit), salary statements of the last 3 months and a copy of the rental contract.
