I don't have enough funds to pay 10% for the downpayment. However, I have enough capital in my pillar 2. Can I partly withdraw the money and partly pledge from pillar 2? Basically can I fully use pillar 2 to match 20% downpayment via partial withdrawal and partial pledge? Thank you
