I am 28 years old and am staying with my parents at the moment (just finished school). Am I covered by my parent's liability insurance while I stay with them?
Hi there,
Adult children are generally covered by their parents' personal liability insurance if they live with their parents and are not employed. If you become employed or move into your own place, you will no longer be covered by your parent's liability insurance policy.
