While reading articles published by moneyland I came across an explanation of a type of mortgage called an annuity mortgage.
You write that there are still several Swiss lenders which offer this type of mortgage. Would you be able to tell me which lenders offer annuity mortgages in Switzerland?

Annuity mortgages are not widely offered in Switzerland, in part because demand for these mortgages is low.
Apparently the Berner Kantonalbank offers an annuity mortgage, and it is one of the few. Many other banks offer similar mortgages such as directly amortized fixed mortgages. You can find these offers by selecting the "Direct amortization" filter in the moneyland.ch mortgage comparison.
While not all directly amortized mortgages can be classified as annuity mortgages, they accomplish the same purpose by reducing the outstanding debt over the mortgage term. You may have the option of making additional amoritzation payments in addition to the required amoritzation payments.
