I have used the ZAK account from Bank Cler since it was launched. The customer service personnel are generally helpful (in person at branch offices and over the phone and Internet). Staff is fairly competent insofar as consumer services are concerned. Information about less-common banking services (i.e. specialized investment services) is more difficult to come by. I don't personally appreciate the absence of cash desks at some branches, but otherwise can't fault them.
