My family and I were in the Geneva Cornavin train station and needed to go to the Geneva airport. According to the website http://www.geneva.info/public-transport-tickets/ , "Tickets are to be bought at the ticket machines (coins, no credit cards)". So, I used a BCGE ATM to attempt to withdraw 12 Swiss francs.
I got to this screen: https://photos.app.goo.gl/IjAFqtM5x04XM4p23 which prompted me to select an amount to withdraw. I tapped on the empty field in the center of the screen to enter an amount. At that moment, the machine immediately dispensed 500 CHF, which is not what I had requested. I had to spend US$30 converting the unwanted 480 CHF back to USD. I tried to report the problem to BCGE via their website, but their feedback form is broken (it says "The request cannot be fulfilled due to bad syntax.")
Beware of BCGE ATMs.
