Hi there,
Locked-in trades are securities transactions which are fixed from the time they originate and can therefore be cleared and settled largely automatically because all data remains unchanged as it is transferred from stock exchanges to central securities depositories. The SIX Swiss Exchange uses locked-in trading for many transactions.
