Greetings,

The majority of Swiss lenders do not approve loan applications from people residing in Switzerland on a diplomatic permit.

But there are exceptions to this rule. Just select "Diplomat" under "residence permit" in the moneyland.ch personal loan comparison to quickly find and compare loans for which you may be eligible (assuming financial requirements are met).
