As a homeowner, your creditworthiness is generally considered to be good. Because of this, homeowners are often able to get loans with low interest rates.

Some lenders even provide specialized loans which are only available to homeowners and have exceptionally low interest rates. Lenders which offer specialized loans for homeowners include CreditGate24, Cashgate and Bank-now (Credit-now Casa).

If you need a loan for home renovations or remodeling, consider getting a mortgage instead. Interest rates on mortgages are much lower than those charged for personal loans.
