You can find all Swiss brokers which provide accounts for securities transactions using the unbiased broker comparison tool. If all you want to do is compare custody fees, just select the "Passive portfolio" profile.

If you trade securities rather than simply holding them in a safekeeping account, you will have to pay brokerage fees and other possible fees and charges in addition to custody fees. Results shown in the comparison are listed in order of costs based on the criteria you select.
