Hi there,
If you want to receive money and make transfers or payments using a bank account, you should open a private account (the Swiss equivalent of a checking account). You can find the cheapest private account for your needs using the moneyland.ch private account comparison.
Many Swiss banks offer special youth accounts with lower fees and other benefits. The comparison automatically finds the best account for your age based on the information you enter.
Important: Depending on where you are from and what Swiss residence permit you hold, you may not be able to open an account at certain Swiss banks. Read the moneyland.ch guide to Swiss bank accounts for foreign residents for more information.
Best regards from Moneyguru
