Best Swiss car insurance

Getting a car next month (finally) and now I am wondering which insurance to pick. I’ve checked a few comparison sites and there are a couple insurance companies which seem to be the cheapest for the car I am getting (Skoda Octavia). But aside from the premiums, what has your experience been with customer service and claims processing at Swiss insurance companies. I don’t want to get stuck with empty claims just to save a few hundreds bucks a year on insurance. Does anyone have a car insurance they would recommend?

I used Zurich insurance for some years and was completely satisfied. That said, the only claims I made were for the roadside assistance insurance. Both times the costs, which at least in one case were probably over 1000 francs, were covered without question or me even having to get involved. Zurich was also the cheapest for my car.

From what I've seen though, Swiss car insurance companies are generally secure and accomodating. It is probably rare that someone would get stuck with empty claims, no matter which Swiss insurance company you use.
