At this point, there seem to be no Finma-registered financial services providers (merchant acquirers, for example) which offer bitcoin payment processing or POS terminals.
However, there are numerous software solutions (apps) which make it easy to accept bitcoin payments using a tablet or similar device as the POS terminal. Examples of these apps include Coinify POS, Coinkite, XBT Terminal, BitcoinPay Mobile terminal, Bitcoin Checkout from Bitpay and the POS app from Coinbase. Bitcoin payments received are transferred to your wallet.
Bitpay offers a bitcoin POS payment gateway API which can be integrated with many retail POS systems that can access the Internet. Bitpay also offers an app plugin which can be installed on Telium-based POS terminals from Ingenico. Bitpay also operates a bitcoin marketplace and can settle bitcoin payments in bitcoin or convert them to Swiss francs and other regular currencies (pay attention to exchange rates and brokerage fees when settling in fiat currency).
Just bear in mind that these apps are primarily provided by foreign companies and developers which are not licensed, regulated financial services providers in Switzerland. Take time to read expert reviews on bitcoin POS solutions and to test them before implementing them on a broad scale.
