I was involved in an accident for which another person was at fault. I received treatment which was covered by my accident insurance, but I had to pay a high deductible because I am retired and get accident insurance from my health insurance. I feel that the guilty person should cover these costs and not me. Can I hold him or his liability insurance liable?

Yes, you can hold a person liable for any expenses which arise from an accident for which they are at fault, including your accident insurance deductible and coinsurance payments.
