Hi there,

Bitcoin debit cards which let you pay or withdraw money in EUR, USD and GBP are available. Service providers which issue these debit cards include Xapo and Bitwala, among others. These cards typically run on the Visa payment network and can be used wherever VIsa is accepted. When you use the card, the necessary amount of Bitcoin is transferred from your wallet and converted to the card's fiat currency at going rates.

Many of these cards are available to residents of Switzerland as well. However, no debit cards which let you pay directly in CHF have been issued yet. When you use a EUR debit card to withdraw Swiss francs at an ATM or to pay at a point of sale (POS) terminal in Switzerland, you pay a foreign transaction fee (typically equal to 3% of the transacted amount).
