Greetings,
Most Swiss credit card issues provide charge dispute forms, and some - like Viseca - provide a special dispute form specifically for surcharges. Completing a dispute form sets a dispute settlement process in motion. However, because this process can be lengthy and potentially involving, it is usually only worth filing a dispute when fairly large amounts of money are involved.
You can find dispute forms from some major Swiss credit card issuers here:
Swisscard:
"Online complaint form"
Viseca:
"Beanstandung eines Kreditkartenzuschlags"
Cembra Money Bank Migros Cumulus:
"Beanstandungsformular"
UBS:
"Complaints concerning credit card surcharge"
