Over the years I have saved money in a 3a bank account on top of the pension payments which get taken off my salary. Now I feel that in my situation, a higher pension would probably do me more good than cashing out a bunch of money in one go.
Can I transfer the money from my 3a account to my company's pension fund to get a higher pension when I retire?
