To find the lowest current reference rates for fixed-rate mortgages, simply select the mortgage which suits your needs under "Preferred mortgage type" in the moneyland.ch mortgage comparison. In your case, you should select the "Fixed-rate mortgage 1 year" model to view 1-year FRMs for which you are eligible.

Rates are updated daily and all relevant mortgage offers are included in the comparison.
