I noticed some Swiss personal liability insurance policies give you discounts when you go without making claims. Are policies with this perk worth getting?

Claims-free discounts are not commonly found on Swiss personal liability insurance policies. However some insurers apply claims-free discounts to household insurance policies.
For example, CSS discounts household insurance premiums up to a maximum discount of 30%.
