I have not found a comparison which helps you find the best bank for a joint account. Is there one?

Moneyland.ch offers the most comprehensive bank account comparison tools available in Switzerland. However, these do not yet include the option of comparing joint accounts.
It is worth noting, however, that account fees and services are generally identical for both individual and joint accounts.
If you use debit cards or credit cards, bear in mind that many banks will charge you an annual fee per card. Some banks include one card in the standard account fee but charge separate fees for additional cards. Some banks - such as Postfinance - include one debit card per account holder in the standard account fee.
