Digital Cash (DASH) is a crytocurrency designed to offer similar advantages to those offered by cash, including anonymity and ease of use. This sets it apart from most other cryptocurrencies - including bitcoin - which do not provide full anonymity and are somewhat complex to use.
As with other currencies, it is difficult to accurately predict whether dash will significantly gain in value over time. This is largely a question of adoption. Historically, the value of dash has increased from around US$ 0.21 in early 2014 to US$ 198.57 in mid 2017.
