I will soon be moving to canton Zug, but will continue to work in Zurich. Can I claim the higher child benefits in Zug after moving there? I have 3 children so an extra 100 francs per child every month adds up to a lot.
In Switzerland you receive child benefits from the canton in which you are employed. Your place of residence has no impact on the benefits you receive.
