Are renters liable to pay for glass damage in rental homes? Someone smashed one of the window walls of our condo and I am not sure if we need to cover this or if it is the landlord's responsibility. Who is liable here?

Your personal liability insurance covers your personal liabilities, not those of unknown strangers. In your case, the damages must be covered by your landlord or their structural glass insurance.
