These documents should be provided to lenders along with business loan applications:
- Annual financial reports for the past business year (balance sheets and income statement).
- Financial reports for the current business year.
- Debt collection register report.
- Copy of the managing director's ID or passport.
- If you have guarantors, you may need possible documentation from your guarantors.
