My dad and I are engaged in a legal battle. I am underage so I'm still covered by our family legal insurance policy. Would the insurance pay the costs of lawyer fees and court fees for a case against my dad?

As a general rule, legal insurance policies do not cover the costs of legal disputes between two people insured by the same legal insurance policy.
