I was the victim of a crime for which I will be pressing charges. I want to get legal insurance to cover the costs. Will legal insurance cover the legal costs of cases when the incident occured before I took out insurance?
Hi there,
In almost every case, legal insurance only covers legal expenses for incidents which occur after the policy has been taken out and any possibel qualifying periods have expired.
