After I suffered from a serious accident the doctor treating me was forced to destructively remove several pieces of jewelry which could not be removed normally because of my injuries. Can I claim the cost of damages back from my Swiss accident insurance?

Damages to personal property other than medical aids are not covered by accident insurance. However, they may be covered by the doctor's liability insurance.
