From what I gather, money in Swiss bank accounts is guaranteed up to 100,000 per bank customer. My husband and I have a shared savings account at a Swiss bank. Is our money protected up to 200,000 francs (100,000 each)?

The bank deposits guarantee provided by Esisuisse covers up to CHF 100,000 of deposits at Swiss banks on a per-customer-and-bank basis.
