Is there a token exchange on which tokens purchased during ICOs can be traded in the same way that shares are traded on stock exchanges? Are there any brokers which handle token trading?

As of yet, trade in blockchain-based tokens is primarily conducted through cryptocurrency marketplaces.
Tokens are issued by blockchain service providers as a means of generating investment capital in much the same way as shares are issued by other companies. But trading facilities are still unregulated and limited due to the relatively recent development of blockchains as a security.
There are numerous projects built around the concept of developing token exchanges. Most of these use their own tokens as a medium of exchange between other tokens. These exchanges are still in their fledgling stages and most are not yet operational.
