Several times I have bought used items online which the sellers claimed were in good condition or new condition, but when I got them they were scratched, broken or in bad condition. Can I return these to the seller and get my money back?

Greetings,

Sellers of used goods are legally required to declare the condition of goods they are selling in a truthful manner. If the seller made false statements with regards to the material condition of the goods involved, you may return the items and ask for your money back.
